Woman with two children

Leslie - Mom with two dependent children.

Woman with two children

In this example, Leslie is searching for the lowest monthly cost for her family that would include office visits to the pediatrician, urgent care or hospital if needed and also includes the very popular Telemedicine privilege. She chooses "Plan D Platinum – Family". This is our version of a "High Deductible Plan" (Of course, we are NOT a health insurance company). This means that Leslie would pay a monthly "contribution" (like a monthly premium if this were health insurance) of $527.00 for the entire family and would have a $10,000 "personal responsibility" (like a deductible if this was health insurance). Each covered individual would have a $10,000 personal responsibility and a $200,000 annual maximum benefit.

Benefits:
$10,000 Personal Responsibility For EACH Member
$200,000 MCS Membership Annual Limits
Maximum Sharing Benefits Eligible

Leslie can now enjoy reading the bible while parenting her kids at the park.

CHOOSE PLATINUM

George - Dad with one dependent child.

Dad with one dependent child

In this example, George has one dependent child and decided to pick "Plan C Bronze - Single + One". He pays a monthly "contribution" (like a monthly "premium" if this was health insurance) of $453.00 for both him and his daughter. He and his daughter each have a "personal responsibility" (like a deductible if this was health insurance) of $5,000 per benefit year and maximum yearly benefits of $200,000.

Benefits:
$5,000 Personal Responsibility For EACH Member
$200,000 MCS Membership Annual Limits
Maximum Sharing Benefits Eligible

George can now peacefully read all the stories to his daughter and enjoy the little things.

CHOOSE BRONZE

Single man

Tom - Single man with no dependent children.

Single man

In this example, Tom a widowed man has kids that are older than 26 that cannot be claimed as “dependents”. Tom has minor health issues such as mildly high cholesterol and borderline high blood pressure. He has a good job that does not include health insurance benefits. Tom chooses plan B – Silver. He pays a monthly “contribution” (like a monthly “premium” if this was health insurance) of $335.00. He has a “personal responsibility” (like a deductible if this was health insurance) of $2500.00 per year and maximum yearly benefits of $200,000. Because plan B – Silver is eligible for maximum sharing, Tom has all sharable benefits after his $2500 personal responsibility has been met.

Benefits:
$2,500 Personal Responsibility For EACH Member
$200,000 MCS Membership Annual Limits
Maximum Sharing Benefits Eligible

Tom can now effortlessly take care of his plants during his church visits.

CHOOSE SILVER

They chose "Plan A Gold - Family" to benefit of $1,000 in "Personal Responsibility" for each member (like a deductible if this was health insurance), along with $200,000 Annual Limits and maximum sharing benefits eligibility.
